Case study · Imagia Events

a brand system for imagia.

Imagia Events plans corporate events, parties, weddings and christenings all over Greece. They needed one identity that could feel right for a gala and a christening alike. We built a violet signature, a set of mood kits and a bilingual website to carry it.

one violet signature, a mood for every event.

Imagia is an events studio in Athens with a simple promise: “We imagine moments. We create experiences.” Its work ranges from corporate events to weddings and baptisms, so the brand had to stretch without losing itself. In 2026 we created the identity, print pieces and website.

the story.

The challenge was range. A summer party, a gala and a champagne afternoon each need a different feeling, but all three should be recognisably Imagia. One fixed palette would feel wrong for half the events; a different look every time would mean no brand at all.

So we split the job in two. A violet signature colour, #5B2EE5, appears on the logo’s ray, on buttons and on points of emphasis, with Ink for text and dark sections and Ivory as the background. Around that sit mood accents, from tangerine and lime to rose, gold and aubergine, grouped into mood kits for everyday, party, after-dark gala and wedding work. The rule is short: one mood per event, violet signs every piece.

The same system runs through the print invitations and flyers and the website. We built the site on WordPress with Elementor, in Greek and English, so the team can edit pages themselves. Imagia supplied the copy, and we shaped the design around it.

print, too.

Invitations and flyers for a summer party, a winter gala and a champagne afternoon each take one mood kit, while the violet mark signs every piece. The print feels like it comes from the same studio as the website.
